Like many companies, brooke BioSpin has many great managers, they are experts in the field of their work.Like many companies, brooke BioSpin leaders tend to focus on development of professional skills, rather than focus on people management and communication skills and emotional intelligence, such as "soft skills".

Our manager accept technical training, to improve and improve their professional level, but rarely accept management or leadership training.

For this reason, we decided to change the status quo.In 2016, we introduced a leadership training program, to support our global network manager.From the broad sense, this initiative aims to ensure that the company adopts unified management methods, and provide effective management for our managers the tools of others, in order to create effective and valuable corporate culture.

Leadership training plan

Specifically, the objective has three aspects: cultivating stronger leadership skills, and through actions appear;Make sure the whole brooke BioSpin company on leadership have a common understanding;Provide leadership culture together.

Brooke every year to hold a series of training courses, is made up of 12 people, covering five modules, self-awareness, self-management, communication skills, effective leadership and conflict management.Need a day to complete each module.

2017 was the first year of the program implementation, about eight group manager to attend the leadership training plan.So far, more than 200 people have successfully completed the course.
